  Service Registration

AMA Assistance services may require electronic activation, your device and application type, as well as unique device, application, network and subscription identifiers are sent to AMA Assistance.

  Use of products and services

When you access our services online, our web servers automatically create records of your visit. These records typically include IP-address, access times, the sites linked from, pages visited, the links and features used, the content viewed or requested, browser or application type, language and other such information. Our applications may contact our servers periodically, for example to check for updates or to send us information relating to service usage.

AMA Assistance may obtain information from the industry partners and other sources, including publicly available sources such as electronic databases and business registries. We rely and work on the fact that these sources comply with applicable laws prior to disclosure/ transfer of data to us or public at large.

The AMA Assistance provides services to our members through our worldwide network of assistance centers, clinics, health and logistics providers. We offer local expertise, preventative advice, and emergency assistance during critical illness, accident, or civil unrest globally. Our clients include businesses, governments and non-governmental organizations that require access to international standards of medical assistance and travel security services. The companies in our corporate group, which are each established in their respective local jurisdiction in compliance with required local legal requirements, collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in a number of different ways.

  Performance of a contract with you
